Redwood Junior Soccer League

Adult Staff Register with your Club & CalNorth

Requirements for Adults

Federal and State Laws protecting youth athletes continues to change.   All Soccer organizations that roll up to US Soccer must comply with the latest requirements for registration and training.   Therefore, every adult staff member (Board Members, Registrars, DOCs, Coaches, Managers, etc) working with youth soccer players must be registered EACH Playing Year and complete annual training.

Teams registered in CCSL Open may use player cards from other organizations (USClub, AYSO) to verify player age.   However, All Adults must still register with CalNorth.   If the Adults have also completed the required annual training via US Club Soccer, those completion certificates may be provided so that training is only done once.

Required:

Annual Background Check using one of the links below (fingerprinting will be required the first time you complete registration)

Safe Sport training to recognize and help prevent abuse (same training is used by all Soccer and youth sport organizations)

CDC Heads Up training for concussion protocol and awareness (may substitute Sideline Sports Doc certificate)
